Muddy Angel Run is a women-only 5 km mud run with 15 obstacles: climbing, crawling, sliding and a lot of mud, with a foam party on the course. There is no timing and no penalty for skipping an obstacle. Most people run it as a team, and the organisers say jogging, walking or strolling the 5 km all count.
This stop runs at Horner Rennbahn, Hamburg's racecourse in the east of the city, on 12 and 13 September 2026, Saturday already 95% sold out. Muddy Angel Run is organised by the XLETIX team and calls itself Europe's largest mud run for women.
