Spartan Race in Capira, Panama. 6 events on Saturday, May 22, 2027.
The Spartan Panama National Championship is a single-day event at Capira, roughly 60 km west of Panama City, on 22 May 2027. Super (10 km, 25 obstacles) carries the championship heats — Elite from 08:00, Age Group from 08:30 and Open from 08:45 — with a Sprint (5 km, 20 obstacles) at 10:00.
Capira sits in the humid, forested hills of Panamá Oeste province, so expect mud and tropical heat rather than technical climbing. Two kids waves (1.5 km and 3 km) run late morning.
Start times as published by the organizer. Waves fill up.
