Spartan returns to the Île de Loisirs de Jablines-Annet, a lakeside leisure park about 30 km east of central Paris, on the weekend of 17-19 September 2027. Sprint (5 km, 20 obstacles) and Super (10 km, 25 obstacles) both run on the Saturday, with Elite, Age Group, Open and Doubles heats; the three kids waves (1 km, 1.5 km and 3 km) are on the Sunday.
The site is flat, sandy and built around two large lakes, so the course trades climbing for water crossings and fast running between obstacle clusters. Hurricane Heat rounds out the weekend with a 12-hour on the Friday night, a 24-hour on the Saturday and a 4-hour on the Sunday.
Jablines is reachable by RER A to Esbly plus a short transfer, or 40 minutes by car from Paris.
