Visegrád Spartan Trail is a winter trail race on the Danube Bend, run from Visegrád in the Pilis hills north of Budapest on 13 February 2027. There are no obstacles: this is a Spartan Trail event, scored on running time over the hills behind the castle town.
Two distances are on offer, a 10 km and a half marathon, both on forest track and single trail with the climbs that come with the Visegrád ridge. February weather on the Danube Bend can mean mud, frost or snow underfoot.
